Our Logan mill is the heartbeat of all we do. Since 1867, its wheels have turned without rest, carrying the spirit of generations forward. Powered by the flowing waters of the Logan River on site, it grinds only organic grain today—sustaining both tradition and the land.

Our mill in Collinston handles a lot of interesting things. It’s our main grain hub and cleaning facility. We mill 100% whole grain flour here as well as some sifted types of flour, 100% stone milled flour, cracked grains, and grain and seed blends. We also age our flour and distribute most of our flour from this location.

Our Richmond mill is our oldest site, operating since 1865. It is an older Pioneer mill that originally was a water powered stone mill. In the late 1800s, the stones were removed and steel rolls were installed that milled the wheat with less force leading to flour with greater consistency and a finer granulation.
